WOOD + PARTNERS, INC. JOINS THE TEAM
WITH OFFICE SPACE FOR THE FLORIDA CENTER!

WPi is pleased to welcome The Florida Center for the Performing Arts and Education, Inc. (The Florida Center) to their office building!  Located at the corner of Madison and S. Copeland Streets, the "Barn" is a large converted warehouse office that contains the design studios and offices of WPi, a national landscape architecture and land planning firm.

WPi also has offices in Atlanta and Hilton Head Island and each one is a unique place to work.  The renovated space which contains an open atrium, high ceilings and concrete floors is a creative place to work and a good example of what is currently happening within the Gaines St. district.

David Malcolm, office manager and a Vice-President with the firm, couldn't be happier with the addition of The Florida Center. "Having The Florida Center here is going to be a great fit with the type of creativity they will be bringing to the community.  We are incredibly excited to have them and look forward to helping them succeed in their goal of elevating the arts in Tallahassee."  Visit the WPi website.
